How do we operate?

All programmes are customised to ensure that our clients’ business objectives are met and that budgets are adhered to. During the course of a campaign the programme can be scaled up or down accordingly to accommodate the available budget, changes in company strategies, unexpected moves in the marketplace etc.

Thebe Reward arranges all aspects of the travel programme by sourcing services from carefully selected and appointed D.M.C.’s (Destination Management Companies) around the world.
In addition, it is a favoured partner of the major I.A.T.A. airlines operating both within South Africa and internationally.

Furthermore the company has been structured in such a way that one senior staff member is the “one stop” liason between the company and the client, taking care of all the design, implementation and delivery aspects of each project. There is also a backup system in place where other staff members are always kept completely up to date on each project and who are able to provide assistance and information should the appointed Project Manager not be available.

There is active participation from senior management ensuring quality delivery on all campaigns and projects.
